Lauren Leader is a writer, researcher, and widely respected thought leader on diversity and women’s issues. She is the cofounder and CEO of All In Together, a non-partisan nonprofit that encourages, equips, educates, and empowers voting-age women to participate fully in America’s civic and political life. She has dedicated her life and career to advancing women in business and politics and has been a tireless advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Her 2016 book, Crossing the Thinnest Line, argues that diversity is the most under-leveraged economic asset in the United States. Lauren has also coauthored a long list of research studies from global think tank Center for Talent Innovation, where she served as President. Her research and writing have appeared in a wide range of publications, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, The Hill, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Refinery29, and more.

Named one of Fortune’s 50 Most Influential Women on Twitter, Lauren is also a member of the prestigious Council on Foreign Relations and a sought-after speaker at a wide array of forums. She has been featured on the Daily Show and is a regular commentator on MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, CBS, and Bloomberg TV. She is also the host of Equal Value on Know Your Value, a digital series highlighting exceptional, often overlooked women leaders.
